Advice & Expertise
Project Management Assistance
During the design phase, we listen to our customers to determine and transcribe their needs as accurately as possible in the contract documents (drafting or analysis of descriptive notes, CCTP, etc.). We then study the execution file submitted by the paving contractor. We organise site meetings with the various parties involved (paving + external works + concrete batching plant, etc.) to deal with the points that are essential for the project to run smoothly and be completed correctly.
During the site phase, we attend the pouring days to check the Quality Assurance Plan. This contains all the elements relating to the production of the paving:
- The environment of the paving (waterproof/airtight, etc.)
- The condition of the platform
- The various components of the paving (joints, fibres, steel, etc.)
- Laying techniques
- The finish
- Checks (concrete, thickness, quantity of fibres, etc.)
- ...

In addition to ensuring compliance with the rules of the art and market parts, our presence allows us to offer our clients traceability and transparency on the proper foundation and operation of their paving.
After receiving the work, we remain available to provide support and advice to our customers for the maintenance and upkeep of the paving.

Audit et Expertise
As part of maintenance or following the observation of deterioration in the paving, we intervene with the client in order to assess the overall condition of the paving or analyze the extent of the pathology locally. We travel to the site to establish our findings and also study the various elements of the file that are sent to us. We analyze the reasons and establish our appropriate recommendations.
Examples of deterioration:
-
Uplift
-
Delamination
-
Appearance of cracks
-
Pianotage
-
Spalling
-
Loose construction joints
-
Fouling of paving
-
Abrasion
-
Visible fibres
-
Finishing defects
The analysis of the file and the on-site observations can be accompanied by appropriate exhaustive tests and surveys:
• Core drilling: to check the composition of the paving
• Abrasion : to check the performance class
• Measurement of cracks and their openings in .PDF or .DWG format
• 3D scanner – To faithfully model all defects
• Altimetric survey or flatness control
• Pull-off test for adhesion and cohesion.
• Chain test (to delimit areas of detachment)
• Sclerometer: if in doubt about the resistance
• Geo-Radar: for armature detection

Redevelopment / Automation

An ambitious redevelopment or modernization project often imposes specific specifications on the support, and consequently the paving. We support our clients in analyzing these technical constraints, mainly relating to the bearing capacity of the paving and its flatness tolerances.
Today, there are several logistics solutions that allow warehouse optimization and increased efficiency. We can cite narrow aisle storage systems or systems such as AutoStore, Agv, Mini Load, Stacker Cranes, Robotic Systems, etc. Our state-of-the-art control equipment ( 3D Scanner, Profilographs , etc.), as well as our specialized engineers, allow us to adapt and respond to any type of specification.
